Have you ever been to a "Dueling Piano" bar?  They are so much fun!  A couple of musicians perform an amazing dueling piano and drum rendition of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean." You've got to see this.

Guilt. It can be a handy tool to signal when we’ve done something wrong, but it can also be a useless emotion that holds us back from being our best.

Here are a few examples of the kind of guilt you can toss in the garbage:

• Taking a sick day when you need one.
    
• Going out to dinner when you’re too tired to cook.
    
• Not being in the mood to get it on with your partner.
    
• Turning down events to get some alone time.
    
• Only cleaning when someone’s coming over that you want to impress.
